We will show you how to create resilient, accurate, and easy-to-maintain budget spreadsheets in this comprehensive presentation. He shares a variety of techniques, including how to separate inputs from calculations, how to build out separate calculations spreadsheets, and how to create both operating and cash flow budgets. We covers several Excel functions and features that will help you create adaptable and easy-to-maintain budget spreadsheets.
We demonstrates every technique at least twice: first, on a PowerPoint slide with numbered steps, and second, in Excel 2016. He draws your attention to any differences in Excel 2013, 2010, or 2007 during the presentation as well as in his detailed handouts. We also provides an Excel workbook that includes most of the examples he uses during the webcast.
Upon completion of this course, the learner will be able to:
- Recall the menu in Excel where the Table feature resides.
- State which tab within the Format Cells dialog box contains the Hidden checkbox.
- State what the CHOOSE function will return in the context of a specific formula.
